By registering for any course or service with Multi-Dimensions Driving School, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms.
Multi-Dimensions Driving School provides in-car driving lessons seven (7) days per week between 9:00 AM and sunset, subject to instructor availability, daylight conditions, weather, statutory holidays, and operational requirements.
Lesson SchedulingPickup and drop-off will normally occur at the same approved location.
Approved pickup locations include:
The school reserves the right to refuse pickup from locations that are unsafe, outside the service area, restricted by municipal regulations, or otherwise impractical.
Where necessary, students may be required to meet the instructor at a mutually agreed location.

Lessons may be cancelled immediately without refund if the student:
The instructor's decision regarding safety is final.
Students arriving late may lose lesson time.
If the instructor arrives on time and the student is late:
If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be treated as a no-show.
Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice directly to their assigned instructor.
Notifications made to the office, email, voicemail, text messages to unrelated staff, or social media do not constitute proper cancellation unless acknowledged.
Late Cancellation / No Show Fee$35 per scheduled lesson hour
Safety is always the priority.
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled due to:
Only the instructor determines whether conditions are safe.
Weather-related cancellations by the school will never result in student penalties.
The school may cancel or reschedule lessons without liability if affected by:
Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.
Road test vehicle rental, warm-up lessons, and instructor accompaniment are separate services unless specifically included in a package.
If DriveTest cancels after the instructor and student have already arrived:
Remain payable.
If DriveTest cancels before pickup, no fees will apply.

Certification is granted only after successful completion of all Ministry of Transportation requirements.
Students must complete within one (1) year:
Completion alone does not guarantee certification.

All purchased services must be completed within one (1) year of registration.
Unused lessons, services, credits, and promotional offers expire after one year unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Expired services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For safety, quality assurance, insurance purposes, instructor protection, and dispute resolution, all training vehicles are equipped with audio and video recording systems.

While every effort is made to provide safe, professional instruction, Multi-Dimensions Driving School is not liable for:
The school does not guarantee that a student will pass any road test on the first attempt.
Services may be terminated immediately without refund where student behaviour creates an unsafe environment.
Multi-Dimensions Driving School reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where a student:
Student information is collected solely for providing driving education services and complying with Ministry of Transportation requirements.
Information will not be sold to third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide contracted services.
Multi-Dimensions Driving School reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. The most current version published on the school's website will apply to all new registrations and, where legally permitted, to ongoing services.
